smoke free environment: YES- All items are Smoke free- There will be an added cleaning fee for any smoking
All items cleaned and sanitized: Yes, all items are cleaned and sanitized upon pick up. Again, before delivery
Items newer: YES, our infant items are on a 12 to 36 month rotation and replaced every 12 to 36 months to ensure safety guidelines and recalls.
Beach items newer: yes, we aren't always on 12 month rotation with beach supplies, and sun will fade but all beach items will be good condition- no rips, tears, holes or other defects.
Do you install the car seats: NO, sorry due to liability- we can not install. However, we will have a manual and instructions.
Do I prepay: Yes, to reserve your items we ask all items are prepaid- All items must be paid in full within 7 days of the delivery date.
Can I cancel: YES, up to 14 days before delivery during regular season, up to 7 days prior to delivery during holiday weeks, summer months (peak season),
Is there a minimum number of days: Yes, we do have a 3 day min.
When does the rental start and end: We rent by days not hours. So rental starts the first day of delivery and goes through pick up
Do you carry insurance: Yes, our insurance covers all property while in our possession storage, handling, delivery. However, as with any other rental once it is placed in your possession, insurance now shifts to the customer.
